As a Certified Addictions Professional for 22 years, I am dedicated to facilitating others on their journey to health. Smoking is the leading cause of death in this country with approximately 480,000 lives lost yearly. Imagine an airplane going down daily and almost 1,000 people dying weekly. Would you fly?

Hypnosis is a positive experience that has helped many for years for many issues. The conscious mind responds to decisions from the unconscious, which at times can be an idiot robot. Hypnosis allows one to receive only positive suggestions for your individual desires, therefore allowing the unconscious to support your desire to change.

Hypnosis works for most people. You hear everything and the added payoff is an extreme relaxed state. Hypnosis is safe and most people can be hypnotized and 80% acheive successful results.

My style is unique. I provide three individual sessions with an audio tape to assist you at home.

Every initial session is personalized for your needs. As a therapist I help you look at the other diversionary behaviors with helpful suggestions to compliment your goal.
