Kaizen is a philosophy of life. It is the never ending improvement of the human being. Kaizen Martial Arts Academy mission is to inspire a never ending improvement mind-set in each of our students through the training of the Martial Arts. We are dedicated to encouraging our students to develop positive behaviors, among many other important tools applicable in life, in a fun, exciting and challenging environment. We promote non-violent resolutions to conflict. Yet, we strongly believe our students must develop the skills and the abilities to defend themselves and understand right from wrong. Students will develop a greater confidence and self-discipline as they learn how to act and react to the world around them. Our young students are treated with respect and are taught to return the same toward others. We believe in praise, encouragement and positive reinforcement. Parents that work with us as a team will enjoy seeing their child strive for excellence, at school, at home, and at the dojo. We offer a Mix Martial Arts discipline consisting of:

On February 14, 2007 I pampered myself with the best gift! That is when I started my journey at Kaizen Martial Arts Academy (“Kaizen”). Kaizen is not simply a karate school. It is a place of refuge from the stressors of the daily world. The instructors encourage us to constantly improve our lives, including our minds and bodies. Since February, I have lost almost three dress sizes; my confidence, strength, energy level and focus have increased tremendously since Valentine’s Day.
